  Project: The client required an analyst with a very specific business background, for a permanent position.  
  Issue:The client had previously engaged a large staffing company and an automated, centralized vendor management system. The hiring manager wasted considerable time reviewing multiple inappropriate resumes that “the system” matched to the job requirements.  
  Solution: TRI immediately understood what the client needed – business expertise in a highly specialized field, coupled with analyst aptitude and know-how. We searched for and found two qualified candidates and the client approved and selected the best one. The hiring manager was able to focus on two qualified resources – not 10 that fit a generic, imprecise request.
